INTRODUCTION
TO 40 POEMS Welcome to my poetry collection. I hope you enjoy reading every one of my poems, because I dedicate them all to you (the reader).
Please keep in mind that NOT all of the listed poems are written about my own beliefs, emotions, experiences, happenings, ideas, impulses, opinions, passions, sensations, thoughts, or any other of the feelings, occurrences, or inspirations encountered throughout one's lifetime. The writings within these poems were inspired by many different people, places, and things.
My intent while writing these poems was to have the reader THINK. There are so many things in our lives that we do not have the time to meditate about, rather not try to reason with, or just do not know about or understand to imagine. These poems are not meant to create visions or ideas based on vertical thinking... but to try to encourage lateral thinking. Do not impose upon just one concept, sense, realism, or idea, because all of these poems have many different meanings and messages to be considered, depending upon your own experiences of life and/or death, your knowledge of the past, present, and/or future, and your current state of mind.
You will feel truly satisfied, when reading these poems if you think of me, others, and most of all... yourself.
