34 - FAVORITE RULES OF LIFE

	A person who is nice to you, but rude to the waiter, is not a nice person.
	Age is relative... when you're over the hill, you pick up speed.
	ANYTHING and EVERYTHING is Possible.
	He/She who dies with the most toys… still dies.
	If you had to identify, in one word, the reason why the human race has not achieved, and never will achieve, its full potential, that word would be "meetings".
	It is sometimes better to speak softly and wear a loud shirt.
	Live like it's heaven on earth!
	Never be afraid to try something new.
	Never judge a day by the weather.
	Never lick a steak knife.
	Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.
	Nobody cares if you can't dance well.  Just get up and dance.  Dance like no one is watching.
	No matter how much I care or don't care, some people are just assholes.
	No matter how hard you try to protect your children, they will eventually get arrested and end up somewhere in the local paper.
	No matter what happens, somebody will find a way to take it too seriously.
	Nothing is really "Free".
	One of the most powerful forces in the universe is gossip.
	People who want to share their religious views with you almost never want you to share yours with them.
	Sing like no one is listening.
	Sometimes the people you expect to kick you when you're down will be the ones who do.
	Tell the truth - ALWAYS!  There is a lot less to remember... and you avoid the risk of killing some part of the world around you.
	The best things in life aren't things.
	The one thing that unites all human beings, regardless of age, gender, religion, economic status, or ethnic background, is that, deep down inside, we ALL believe that we are above average drivers.
	The only people to get even with are those who have helped you.
	There is a very fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness."
	There is such a thing as internal beauty... even though it may not always be visible.
	Too many goals / pressures can sometimes be very deceptive and/or bring about uncertainty...  The un-aimed arrow never misses.
	When trouble arises and things look bad, there is always one individual who perceives a solution and is willing to take command.  Very often, that  individual is crazy.
	You can keep puking long after you think you're finished.
	You should never say anything to a woman that even remotely suggests that you think she's pregnant unless you can see an actual baby emerging from her at that  moment.
	You should not confuse your career with your life.
	You should not try to make someone love you.  What ever ill love is conceived, if any, is worthless in comparison to the true thing.
	You will never find anybody who can give you a clear and compelling reason why we observe daylight savings time.
	We are responsible for what we do, unless we are celebrities.
