PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY ORIGINAL CREATIVE ARTWORK, SAMPLES, DEMOS, OR OTHER WORKS. APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting www.sanqld.com, you agree that the laws of the state of NEW YORK, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and sanqld.com or its affiliates. The term 'Affiliate' shall refer to any individual or entity who accepts the terms and conditions of this Agreement, by use of the http://www.sanqld.com web site, and thereby enters into a legally binding contract and/or relationship with S.A.N.Q.L.D. Inc.  This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of New York, and in the event of a dispute, Affiliate agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the state courts located in Kings County or New York (Manhattan), New York. 

DIGITAL ADMISSIBILITY
Users hereby agree that a printed version of these Terms and Conditions and of any other notice given in electronic form by Talentology or in the Site, which is based upon or relating to these Terms and Conditions, shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings and subject to the same conditions as other agreements, business documents or records originally generated, entered into, signed or maintained in printed form.

TERMINATION
These terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these terms at any time by discontinuing use of all S.A.N.Q.L.D. and S.A.N.Q.L.D. related Web Sites and destroying all materials obtained from any and all such sites and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under these terms or otherwise. Your access to any and all S.A.N.Q.L.D. Sites may be terminated immediately without notice from us if in our sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease use of the S.A.N.Q.L.D. Site and destroy all materials obtained from such site and all copies thereof, whether made under these terms or otherwise.

NO SPAM POLICY - DAMAGES
S.A.N.Q.L.D. will immediately terminate any account which it believes, in its sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any spam or other unsolicited bulk email. In addition, because damages are often difficult to quantify, if actual damages cannot be reasonably calculated then you agree to pay S.A.N.Q.L.D. liquidated damages of $5 for each piece of spam or unsolicited bulk email transmitted from or otherwise connected with your account, otherwise you agree to pay S.A.N.Q.L.D.’S actual damages, to the extent such actual damages can be reasonably calculated by the law and/or jury.
